I deemed that the child has all the classic issues that warrant FMT and she is thus a good candidate. I ascertained that the youngest sibling will be the best donor. I shared my Ayurvedic protocol that is modeled after the Western FMT model which uses antimicrobials and immunosuppresent drugs pre-FMT as a "knock down" and immunosuppressants post-FMT to ensure transplant acceptance. I designed an Ayurvedic herbal protocol do to the same thing and Suhas has one addition to it, but thought it was a good idea. Sheila will share all of our recommendations.
