Line NC is for a donation given to a French organization of general interest. Line NG is for a donation given to a European organization of general interest. Then you understanding is correct, the given money gives an reduction of 75 % of the amount given in the limit of SO 000 € per year. PROT2 In case of control by the tax authority you must be able to provide a document called "reçu fiscal" (tax certificate) that is given by each organization when they receive a donation. The French administration gives a list of the European to which you can give money and have the wealth tax reduction (please see the list enclosed). Concerning the French organization please see attached an Excel File. At that day, I've never seen a non French resident use this possibility of deduction. Then I have to see if it is possible for a non French resident. Moreover, for French resident the deadline of the donation was the 1.Sth of June. I have to see, if a non French resident can make this deduction too, if the deadline can be later as the return is for the 15th of July and not the le of June as the French resident.
