Replace plywood, mesh and completely stucco walls for Zorro to paint. Note we where painting entire bunkhouse anyway. The $5 per sq ft was for sheeting replacement- this is open ended !!! Square footage roughly under 1/2 of Larry's, After reviewing Larrys file there is more work involved with the repair at the bunkhouse, compared to Larrys job Larrys was a simple stucco job, there was no structural repairs involved. hope this helps, if you wish to discuss let me know They are continuing to replace windows on porch side, but i will need give direction on how we wish to proceed by the end of day.
