I have attached the wire transfer information for final payment, please advise me via email when you have done it so we can be on the lookout for it. I have attached a recommended packing list so you can get a head start on the things that they will need when they arrive on June 21st. Below I have listed some instructions to complete the paperwork they will need before they arrive, if you have any questions please give the office a call at and speak with Melissa, if she is not available please give me a call so I can assist you. You will go to to complete their 2015 Required Forms, once you submit those it will give you the option on the next screen to print out their Physical and Standing order that go to the doctor ( make sure the doctor circles yes or no on medications that are okay to give at camp on the Standing Order and make sure they stamp both pages). You will send those back to me via email or fax with a copy of their shot record and Insurance information, we will need these approximately 1 weeks before they arrive. The only thing left after that would be to complete their 2015 Activity Selector which you can find in the same area below the 2015 required forms.
