I miss my dear friend David deeply. You and I met briefly through David many years ago, you might have a vague recollection of me. We met at your offices on Madison Avenue with David, probably more than 12 years ago. I forget now what deal David and I were trying to sell you at that time. I moved to Kuwait about a decade ago and I've developed some important business relationships which might be useful. Perhaps your activities now revolve solely around philanthropy and you have no interest in business, but I thought I would write you to suggest a meeting next time I'm in NYC to explore how I might be of value to you in raising capital for transactions. I do hope I am not being presumptuous, or offensive, I am well aware you don't need to raise capital or equity for transactions; the opportunity I see is more for me to be a part of your team, and I believe I might add value. In Kuwait, I was the agent for Johns Hopkins Hospital and secured for them a 400 million dollar hospital management contract with the Kuwait Government to manage four government hospitals. Also I am the agent for Toronto General Hospital in Kuwait where we secured a government contract for one hospital with a transaction value of 30 million dollars. Six years ago my partners and I acquired a 49 per cent interest in the leasehold for the Cromwell hospital in London for 6 million pounds sterling; we later (less than 1 year) sold the lease to BUPA, the British health insurer for 90 million pounds.
