All the best, David On 14 Mar 2018, at 21:43, lawrence delson < David I believe we may have exchanged e-mails a while back. > wrote: I consult for a company here in the States that represents firms in filing claims in class action litigation settlements in the United States. The comapany handles both domestic and international entities, including many Fortune 500 entities. We have recovered over US$100 million in awards for Chinese entities and associations. At present, there are a number of class action settlements in the financial industry. Such settlements include foreign exchange, Libor, Euroyen transactions, as they are referred to in settlement agreements. I include the link below to the first page of the settlement on foreign exchange. Through my collaboration with the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade/China Chamber of International Commerce and the China Banking Association, we have filed claims for a couple of Chinese banks. However, I believe that most of the major Chinese banks have valid claims in the case. In spite of my relations with CCOIC, it has proven difficult to encourage the banks to participate. Any guidance or assistance you could offer is greatly appreciated.
