However, if you want to get this done quickly, I suggest that you reconsider the approach I suggest several months ago when I first contacted you for a signed copy of Jeffrey's 2007 resignation. To refresh your recollection, I suggested that, since everyone acknowledged that Jeffrey resigned in 2007, Jeffrey could either (i) sign a new document indicating that his resignation was effective in 2007 and that the document was being re- executed because the original could not be located, or (ii) simply sign a duplicate copy of the document Weil Gotshal prepared and Jeffrey agrees he already signed in 2007 (previously forwarded to you).
