The event he was charged with occurred 5 years before he started Manwin. Germany is very aggressive in pursuing tax evasion. A couple of senior Deutsche Bank bankers were arrested at the same time. The only thing porn did for Fabian is increase the publicity of his charge. The business he was in had nothing to do with him being identified and pursued for prosecution.
