I would like to see the report about the complaint. After review of the video it clearly points out that FD agent Nour intiatiates the event. FD agent Nour called me back to further our conversation and made the " monkey " noises first, then I responded back to her in the same manner, As seen on video. Is this some sort of retaliation from the hotel on the FB team ? I am extremely upset that my name and reputation is being slandered amongst the staff. I would like to add that you can hear the following noises in these back rooms all the way to 104 which is down the corridor Walkie Talkies Phones Ringing Accounting Office chatter etc. Who is in charge of investigating these allegations???
