Sitting with Harry will be a waste of time, and unless you think it's wise, we're hesitant about providing Max with more information, because it's none of his business. I've been thinking about writing a strong letter to Harry, telling him that of course his proposal is outrageous and designed to be unacceptable and that it leaves us with two options: (I) accepting one of the proposals I sent, preferably deciding to split the Trust and liquidating it, or (2) letting a Court make further decisions. I'd like to leave it up to him to make Court proceedings inevitable. What do you think?
