Compare with Maps of Duino I sent you today. In the central part at the top of this Photo one sees the cemetery with the green square in the middle and trees sticking out. To the right of that is the conference centre, one floor higher with the long roof. The beach is part of the property. However as anywhere else, its use cannot be denied to people arriving from the sea. A direct access from the property does not yet exist, but one can reach it for example by canoe from the Cabin on the shore to the left of the castle, 200-300 metres to the left. Black Rimmed Photo EFTA00902714 Gives an impression of the Village of Duino and Castle. Keep in mind however, that this is out of proportion, as the castle and its grounds and two peninsulars appear smaller. due to the fact that they are furthest away. Do also check on Google Maps by typing in Castello di Duino and then zooming in. Excellent quality overview.
