I've Just spoken with Mick Bailey, he'll have the signed LOI EFTA00929084 back to me within the hour. I've also spoken with a colleague in engineering regarding the document copies and the work scope's, the guys name is Paul Morrison who should be able to assist until Mikes back on Wednesday. Let me know when your able to return the Purchase Agreement to consider and forward on to Mick Bailey, ultimately this document will be the deciding factor on when we can close, hopefully it's a simple task that wont delay at all. Let me know your thoughts on a schedule, I assume the following: 1. Return signed LOI, lodge with Escrow 2. Place 5100,000 deposit in Escrow 3. Agree APA and have document signed / lodged by scan with IATS 4. PremiAir lodge our invoice for debt settlement with IATS with approval for payment form Mick Bailey at closing. 5. Mick Bailey Invoice placed with IATS (Sale Value) 6. Technical acceptance. 7. Full funds placed in escrow 8. Close with funds distributed accordingly.
