In 2012 we have paid 20,000 (jan & feb). If we are going to switch accountants soon then my concern is that 20,000 (or 30,000 if we pay March) is very expensive to file 20 extensions & prepare 15 1099's which were done in January 2012. Larry also mentioned that you and him were going to get together on your next visit to NY. I am sure Larry is also going to ask about 60,000 that George was requesting. Please advise if i should pay March retainer in the amount of 10,000.
