I told Frank that I would like to transfer the money (that I got after all the work I did for Elite) to your account asap, so that I paid the pending loan and to dissolve the agreement, but I can and will only do that as soon as I have that possibility. This depends on a transaction that needs to take place (hopefully short term) to sell real estate, meaning I'm depending on other people. To dissolve the loan agreement, I still have to write a few things on paper. I will discuss this with Frank and email it to you so you and I can sign it and everything can be properly done and we don't owe each other anymore. I also rather have it done sooner then later.
