I am in the middle of something for JE, so you need to send this to JE with a note that he should know that it provides for: $6.4 MM purchase price refundable $100K deposit Deadline for Seller to accept is Friday, June 29 at 5PM. If accepted, DKI to provide draft Purchase agreement by 7 business days after Seller's acceptance of LOI and mutually signed agreement by 15 business days after seller's acceptance of LOI. Nothing in the LOI that specifically states who pays to move the aircraft for the inspection. If he wants this negotiated in advance of agreement on price, it has not been done. He should know that. Nothing in the LOI about the aircraft being delivered with a US C of A, only that it is airworthy and in the condition required under the Purchase Agreement The loi is subject to the execution of a definitive purchase agreement.
