We have spoken with the buyer on 2 occasions and have been unable to obtain much background info on them. He has provided the attached financial information; however, I believe these financial records do not reflect audited financials, just compiled records. He advises that he has previously owned a Gill, although we are unable to verify that as well. Please advise how you and Jeffrey would like to respond to this buyer. Lastly, as you may know, we have not been retained to acquire a replacement aircraft be it a GIV,GIVSP etc. Is it your intention to engage us in that regard?
