In his correspondence, the Minister of Justice asked Mr. Ndaw exercise due diligence in the court rules as soon as possible on these two issues. Based on these written instructions, the prosecutor has established formal notices that are about to be sent to Karim Wade and Thiemo Ousmane Sy. The respective son of former President and former Minister of Justice will, through these acts, be asked to bring proof of the legal origin of their assets identified in Senegal and around the world . Irony of history: they are both "son or accidentally fallen into the power that will be the first behind the courtroom of the Court of suppression of illicit enriochissement.
