Sure enough I walk in tues morning to make breakfast and there it is!! The smoked salmon and sable with tomato and dill platter she worked on all morning. A waste if time and smoke fish... I certainly could have stayed in the kitchen lat night all night and I apologize for being downstairs I was getting ready all the stews and short ribs and jerky for your departure this evening and wanted to have it done by time I left last night. It's like everyday we go through things and then the next day we just start from scratch again. If I could get through to them everything would be so simple Christina, my girlfriend, has off this tues and weds. III hold a training class on one if those days and see if this helps. I will explain to them this is a mandatory training course and they must be there.
