The bathrooms re tiled due to existing shower/bath surround was de laminating from the walls. Brad is in this accommodation. The 2nd floor and laundry of the 2 story Red house at Ranch Central was painted, carpets clean. There was distinctive Cat Smell in bedrooms. The laundry had not been painted in many years. Steve, Amber and Family are in this accommodation. The Staff Cottage Main House, had the living Room, Bathroom and closet painted. This had not been touched for over 8years. this is where Karen and I stay Bobs painting was contacted to provide bids for the above work, Tile not included, there total was $10,963.00 plus tax 7.4%= $11774.00 They could not start for 2 weeks JJ bid with tile was $8700.00 plus tax 7.4% = $9,343.80. He Could start the next day. Please note this was all done so we could get everyone on Ranch for your visit After reviewing there workmanship and time it took to do the above work the I had JJ bid the following Gym as you requested changing color Pool Interior windows, as they where peeling, cracking due to problems with pool pack Exterior Living Room Picture Window, trim was in need scraping and painting The Gym took I coat primer and three coats of paint as the original color kept bleeding through.
