Have a call with him early afternoon today, will have a better idea then. He was not in favor of the grat. After call last week, I ran some of his musings by Alan but they won't work. It was early then-he was still getting his bearings. Called Carlyn yesterday afternoon but didn't connect yet. She has moved to the grat camp. 'tweaks' relate mainly to whether or not to 'fix' the right. I reviewed all my notes of discussions on the subject — there are pros and cons- as usual, not straightforward in terms of which is best.
