On Site Fabrication & Installation of an Intake Screen for the Water coming from the Pond to the Distribution Pumps has been completed 2. Upon JCH's recommendation a Waterfall has been Constructed at the Prevailing Wind Corner of the Pond. This will assist in the Aeration of the Water. There maybe a need for Floating Solar Powered Sprinklers in the future. 3. Compaction of Pond Sides & Base will be completed by the end of the week, this obviously help with Water Retention 4. Engineering & Design (JCH) of New Pump Skid & Distribution of Water from the Pond to the PBU (20 acres) is in process. Proposal will be forwarded once received 5. Filling of the Irrigation Pond will commence next week & will continue during the Winter. Transducer readings will be taken weekly to monitor water production vs demand. 6. The next stage is to Engineer a Solution to Irrigate the 20 acres under the permit with the less amount of expenditure, but meeting the requirements of the OSE. Regards Brice Stanley, NM EFTA00952073
