I should have firm numbers and detail by the first week of December Attached for your Reference. astoxy After a Lengthly Power Outage 2011, resulting in frozen pipes, a proposal from Caterpillar Abq for 2 Gensets & Transfer Switches for the MH & RC was sent to Manolito & RMC Electric, June 2011 Rich confirmed no other detail was forwarded. imposed Options Qption A To Cover Up to a 48hrs Power Outage at the MH: 1.Convert/Enclose the Coral Barn at the Z to house lx 300kw Caterpillar Diesel Generator Due to the Existing Electrical Service, there is a need for 2x Transfer Switches, these & any other required equipment would also be housed at the Coral Barn. Benefit of this location is it is away from MH, close to Existing Electrical Service & Barn. The building would be made rodent & critter proof. From the outside, appearance would be roughly the same as is, except it would be totally enclosed, with automatic Dampers for Ventilation, during Genest operation. There will be a need to trench from the Coral Building to Existing Electrical Service Vault to lay Feeder Lines. 2. Install a "Small Stand Alone" 100amp Genset at the Reservoir to provide power to the MH Distribution Pumps. This would provide water for MH RO & Cooling Tower. Qption B To Cover an Extensive Outage, 2 or more Days at the MH: In addition to Option A, install Ix 200amp Generator at Well 4 & I x 200amp Genset at Wells B & K to provide power to the Wells & the Ranch Distribution Pumps. This would provide Domestic and Irrigation Water to all locations. Qption C To Cover Full Up to a 48 hr outage at RC: Installation of a 100KW 800 amp Diesel Generator EFTA00952134 Housing this Unit in the Shed behind the Adobe, Transfer Switch etc would be in Utility Room next to RC Electrical Service. Full operation of All Staff Housing & Utility Buildings would be covered.
