I hold two awards from the President of the Republic of Lithuania for my musical merits. I have won awards in all the most important national and international violin competitions in Lithuania as well as awards from international competitions abroad (awards from 16national and international competitions). In addition, I regularly participate in International Festivals and Master Classes with world renowned violinists and pedagogues, giving concerts in Lithuania as well as in different countries in Europe and in the USA. I had the honor to perform with prominent musicians such as Shlomo Minz, Pavel Berman, Sergej Krylov and Yuri Bashmet. I have been invited to give concerts at major music festivals in Lithuania as well as to perform with symphonic and chamber orchestras. This spring I was admitted to the two year Master of Music program at the Juilliard School in New York, considered one of the most prestigious music schools in the world. However, due to limited finances, the school cannot provide me with a full scholarship. I will therefore have to raise the balance of funds for my studies, room and board and other expenses. One year of studies at the Juilliard School in New York with full board dormitory costs $ 56 000, which is a huge amount of money for me and my family. With the help of family friends and other sponsors I have almost raised the amount needed for the Juilliard School's tuition. However, I have not been able to raise more money, needed for accommodation and subsistence. Therefore, I am looking for a sponsor family or families, who would be willing to be my foster-families and to host me during the period of my studies in New York or at least a part of this period (one semester or few months). This feature is extremely important as without having an accommodation I will not be able to get US Student Visa F-1, which means that I will not be able to start my studies in Juilliard. I am a responsible, neat, helpful and friendly person, raised in a four children family and it would be a great pleasure for me to help with cleaning and other household chores of my adopted family in the United States.
