Obviously it was my email. she tried to forward it to Andrew but instead sent a picture of the doorman she had taken the night before. I would think that instead of complaining she would be apologizing to you and the building. In all the years I have been here I have never had a complaint or issue from the building about any of our guests. she is the first one. EFTA00975581
