A lot of the exercises are to break habits of arguing: saying "no" or "but" and the importance of listening, as both ppl have to be on the same page and agree to create a believable scene. Day 1 emphasized how to listen: "YES, repeat partner's comment AND (add info/value/build scene)..." ....You get called out on "no's" and "but's". PS what happened to all the good porn??
