Subject: RE: Maintenance Building
Good Afternoon Cecile,
I trust all is well.
Based on my conversation with Mr. Epstein and your email communication, Mr. Epstein should prepare a proposal
to include the following:
•
Mr. Jeffrey Epstein will utilize the Virgin Islands Port Authority's current Maintenance building which
is scheduled to be demolished;
•
Mr. Epstein will enter into a long term lease agreement with the Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA)
for use of its current Maintenance building as a hangar;
•
Mr. Epstein will be responsible for the reconstruction of the current Maintenance building for use as
a hangar to be leased to Mr. Epstein and owned by the VIPA;
•
Mr. Epstein will be responsible for the construction of a new Maintenance building in another
location as determined by the VIPA for use by the VIPA; and
•
The VIPA will be responsible for all architectural drawings and permits necessary to construct the
new maintenance building for use by VIPA;
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or require additional information.
Regards,
Carlton Dowe
