Harris has thrown a lot of crap, some of it looks reasonable on first read. I admit I had concerns until I had a moment to think the arguments through. The court will need the same opportunity. I think we should file a written response (probably Tonja with our input). With all the crap we will not be able to adequately rebut and respond in the short time allotted for an 8:45.
