Ganoderma on Palm Trees is a fatal disease that cannot be cured. Then once we get the results from the lab report for the Ficus hedge it will determine the next move. Also you are having some Fungus issues with your Roebellini's and Royal Palm Bug issues and Boron nutrient issues on some of your Royal Palms. You have a Semi-Annual Deep Root Service but would be better if these were on a Quarterly service. However in the mean time, your Deep Root Program that you already have is due in November. I would like permission to move it up to this month (October) to treat instead of wait till November. Please let me know as soon as possible.
