The other obstacle is the prime location of the palace it's near the RC , so if he wants to sell he should take permission first . My Advise as a loyal friend, you should make another copy in the region, dubai or Abudabhai and sultan can help you to get an access to a prime location. For the following reason : I- dubai is an accessible international city. So a unique palace like this has bigger resale potential. 2- 10000% save country. 3- American marines are present 4- the most important thing is that you have lots of friends here. 5- a lot of MENU , and you can creat your Owen MENU .
