These pieces each represent I counter-top of a Cabana - per Ken Cabana I, 2, and 3. Ken told me that in the morning, he will cut the second slab into 3 pieces, and those are the pieces for Cabana 4 and 5. I said to Ken, "you mean Cabanas 1, 2, 3, 4 and the Flagpole?" He wasn't sure - he then said, the Cabanas and the kitchen. Ken explained that he was waiting to hear back on the blade to complete the miter cuts. He told me that he also has to cut narrow strips that will then be joined to the counter-top slab and will finish the edges. I then said, "So, you will cut the hole for the sinks when you get to the island on Saturday?", and Ken told me that this - what I am looking at tonight and tomorrow - is Phase 1 - these are the tops for the cabinets under the window. Phase 2 will be later - when he returns to the island to install these countertops, Ken will take the measurements for the vanity tops, and then he can cut the vanity tops from the slabs. He said when he was last there the vanities were not installed. I told Ken the vanities were installed, have been installed. I asked Ken what time he intended to be at his shop in the morning. He said from 7 am, then he had to leave at 11 for an appointment. He told me when I come by tomorrow afternoon the miter cuts will be completed. I told Ken I will come by in the morning on my way to the office. To summarize: 10:40 am - Ken and assistants unpacking slab number one to place on the work table 12:00 pm - Slab #1 is one the table - Ken is attempting to begin the miter cutting 3:00 pm - Slab #1 miter cutting is a no go - Ken and assistants are a no show 6:00 pm - Slab #1 is cut twice to create 3 equal pieces - I witness Ken make the second cut - (4-5 minutes, while we talked) Respectfully, Daphne EFTA01013645
