Some sort of modular construction is what we will need due to the skill level of the trades and their availability. We have had many issues with local contractors and I believe this is the best option for us at this point. I have made some prelim plans of what we will need that I have attached to this email. We are very eager to get the ball rolling on this. Please take a look at these plans and see if this is feasible then give me a call to discuss. Thank you Jack, hope all is well in NYC.
