He said he does not provide a booking number to Melanie because she knows his shipments, and that he had no internet at Shibui (the job site he is currently at) and was surprised I was able to get through to his cell phone. I called back Crowley, and spoke with Meme this time. She explained to me that the vessel was expected to have arrived last Friday, 11/23, but was delayed. This has been a chronic problem recently for the shipments from PR. I thanked Meme and Melanie for their input, and asked them to verify if they had any cargo presently that was still awaiting off-loaded. They said not to their knowledge, that everything was off-loaded and in the warehouse. I will check in again with Ken at 12.
