two things of interest which you may already know:
a) unit 2 was rented for 1 year...
b) they are speaking with a hungarian social club about maisonette or 4th floor
-> social club will have 2 parties per year and weekly gatherings..
a bit concerning for other condo owners who potentially can sue developer...
not even sure if condo does would allow such a club..
