From: Richard Kahn To: Jeffrey Epstein <jeevacation@gmail.com> Subject: Updates from Kyle call Date: Tue, 13 Nov 2018 22:23:22 +0000 i just spoke with Kyle and was tough - i told him he needs to be accountable for example regarding cabana countertops his reply was Brice is handling thru Expert Builders.. i said that is not acceptable and to find out dates from Brice.. if not call expert builders as jee does not need to ask 3 people when cabanas will be completed when you are the project manager.. open items on cabanas 1) countertops (cabanas 1-4) - kyle said he should know timing tomorrow.. 2) shower doors (cabanas 1-4) - they are to ship for FL 11/21 or 11/23 which means very little as we do not know delays with thanksgiving weekend -kyle says 1 day to install but i think his 11/30 estimate is hopeful 3) glass windows (cabanas 1-2) - said that Jay dropped the ball on this - Pro glass told Yannick 3 weeks from when ordered -> daphne will call pro glass and 2 other vendors tomorrow to improve on timing.. planting of trees brice told kyle that they are not to have any involvement and stay out of it.. i said that is not acceptable and how are the double plywood ramps going to be built if you stay out of it.. i told kyle he must have protection and ramp built asap and to use a small crew so these palms are ready to be planted when johnny weeks delivers palms on thursday nov 15th brice is trying to sabotage palm operation yet he told me on the phone yesterday he was going to take care of it... wall at main compound Jules guy is coming out tomorrow to bid work and kyle is expecting to receive another hid tonight jeffers Kyle thinks his pricing of approx 100k using our car mixer is overstated by 25-40k i told him to work up costs to self perform so i can use that to negotiate with jeffers or present jee with another option barge pour Kyle said he does not know timing as EB said lightening strike at St Johns facility i told kyle to find other options and call EB multiple times per day to find out timing Kyle is not aggressive and appears to have lost whatever NYC edge he once had... Mike cottage_ Cistern cap will be cast next week then bedroom will be built on top kyle says 4 weeks which seems unrealistic..mid to late January for master bedroom extension is probably more accurate with rain and holidays..
