EFTA01027095 I have also attached for your reference the first draft of the revised applications completed for 8/25/17. DKI recommended the applications be updated with current dates. The original applications were submitted with payment on 7/14/2017 using an older version of the permit application form. CZM requested re-submissions using the new application form. The 7/14/2017 submissions are attached for your reference. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
