Anna had an opportunity to be part of the solution and elected not to, but it wouldn't have mattered anyway. The barge was booked today and is booked through EFTA01027710 tomorrow afternoon--Mirrors from ProGlass (JE request), Generators off island (Mike's promise to JE, so expected), Ambulance to Red Hook for Maintenance (JE Request), Excavator from GSJ to LSJ for the Palms, and a delivery via Sherwayne for lumber for the collapsed rotten retaining wall at the top of the bench seating next to the tiki. We were meant to get Bryan's Plants for Dupson but we ran out of time, so that will be picked up tomorrow after the Tropical shipment (Gemini and Palms). Landscapers and heavy equipment will be very busy tomorrow. In other news for today a sanded coat was added to the GSJ dock because it was slippery and dangerous. It is finished. The tiki floors on GSJ are finished along with some other painting on GSJ. Kyle will work with carpenters to get the awning up tomorrow. Painting in the divisions - walls and shelves for rust, floors epoxied - all JE request, is going on now. Rough-in for lighting at LSJ tiki is complete. Cypress is here and ready to go in. In other news JE told the guys to eliminate rusty tools and replace them. We are going to need a lot of tools. We emptied out most of cabana 4 and covered the large furniture as Reefco was set to do some cutting in the cement board and we were warned it would be dusty. At day end I learned of the broken coral stone at the chillax corner. I wish I could tell you what happened, but I have yet to pin down a witness or confession. What I do know is that the coral stone is very fragile and has a sizeable unsupported lip on it. I believe it needs to be reinforced from beneath to make it less vulnerable. I was feeling under the coral stone in another section down from the break and could feel it move/bend with little pressure from my bare hand. Also at day end the leaking a/c unit in Cabana 2 was covered. Those poor floors just can't catch a break. Housekeeping got straight to mopping it up and a fan is on it now. Reefco was already on site and was sent immediately to check it out. They said the unit was completely frozen and there was a clog in the drain. They will be back tomorrow to assess. We'll be keeping an eye on that tonight as it thaws and the water collects. And according to Anna's report, the road work was completed at GSJ. One of the guys proudly sent me a photo. Daphne, could you please share with me the contact information for who we use for the trash removal? Any wisdom you can share will be appreciated as this will be the first time I've addressed this here. Mike has already said he was coordinating trash pickup for next week as LSJ is also due. We usually use heavy machinery to compress it in the bins first. Can you check to see if this has already been done? On Wed, 23 Jan 2019 at 11:32, Ann Rodriquez < > wrote: Hi Stephanie, GSJ trash bins are full. Can you please schedule a Trash run for GSJ ASAP?
