Mr. Fraguela reviewed the proposal and his feedback is the proposal looks good, and the quote cost is less than he expected it to be. Jaca & Sierra estimate includes: (A) Mobilization and demobilization of the equipment and crew from PR to STT (they will need the use of Big N to transport from the Red Hook dock to and from GSJ), (B) Drilling 40 linear feet (propose a total of 2 test borings), (C) 3 days per diem and lodging (including setup days), (D) Laboratory testing and (E) Professional services : $12,705.00.
