Thank you very much for looking into all this. Your help is not only necessary, but urgent. Yesterday, after meeting you, we received an e-mail from the family with a memo from the family's lawyer (who was Noam's previous lawyer) about the loan, presenting the conditions of the loan in a totally misleading way (to put in a mild way) (I'll forward Noam's answer to you). It distresses us to see how things are being manipulated. But of course, we don't like to talk to anyone about these. It is especially hard to Noam for obvious reasons. But things can keep going the way they are going or we'll end in an extremely difficult situation. That's why your help is so significant to both of us.
