Ganbaatar was caught on video taking 50mIn won ($40K) from a Korean businessman and promising assist on a business deal if he is the president. This is a breach of the Election Law and Anti-Corruption Law of Mongolia. Unfortunately, the prosecutor's office declined to create a criminal case in the absence of sufficient evidence.
