He said he is reviewing them still and a decision will be made shortly by CZM as to whether the scope of those drawings can replace the scope of the unexecuted permit, or if we need to apply for a new permit. Although he wasn't definite, it seems we will need to apply for a new permit. Can you confirm this? I would like to start accumulating the paperwork if needed. I would like to point out that while we show several residential structures, we have not fully designed them as no schedule has been established for them. We simply want their location and size approved conceptually. If that is not possible at this stage, we will remove them. Our biggest interest now is the scope listed for Phase I.
