This is taking way longer because we are detailing with you every single thing, which is actually part of the following stage "schematic design" but we inverted the order. I don't see it as a negative because the time we are spending now on this, will be saved in the next stages. We are tailor-making this suit for you and I am positive it will be just perfect. If you prefer we can stop the schematic detailing and go back to massing models but we tried that and I believe we are being much more productive this way. I have a good idea of what you are looking for in terms of looks but my main concern right now is to nail the functionality of each individual part and the entire complex. It's a process but Help me continue going over master, ladies, main office and Pavilion and once we are done with the functionality, I will show you a complete model presenting it all together, with the look we know you want. Trust me, we are on the right path now but this puzzle has many pieces and it requires some time to do it right. Please Let me know if you had any comments on the cinema concept.
