They brought an engineer with them to look at our pool pac and its operation and also to look at our stucco situation on the house. I am attaching 2 photos of the damage on the deck that is off the master suite. It has tar paper over the top of the original sandstone that is crumbling. It is their belief that this temporary fix that has been attached for several years is doing more damage than good. The sandstone and cement layers are wet and holding moisture. They suggest removing the damaged layers to let it dry. I am expecting separate bids for repair to this deck and the deck off of the telescope room, one for additional stucco work on the house, and one for the mechanical building. They will also send their recommendation for the pool pac. This company has the potential to handle the size and scope of work that is needed for us .Rich Bamett was impressed when he met them as well. And, we have a good working relationship with them.
