Inc. is pleased to provide this budgetary quote to provide access to voice and data required for the Zorro Ranch. The current carrier services are delivered to Sandia Crest. This proposal and engineering is to provide the equipment and services required to interface a Centurylink voice T-1 PRI and three (3) data T-1 circuits to the Fire Station at Ranch Central. Centurylink will provide a plug-and-play router for the Fire Station at Ranch Central to combine the data T-I's for the internet services. Voice and internet servcies will be delivered to the main house over a Point-to- Point Wireless Link to the HVAC building and connect to the existing analog channel bank and Cisco router for distribution. The Sandia Crest radio site and the unlicensed wireless link will not be required once the conversion is completed. The new carrier services will be delivered to the telco pedestal near the ranch. Fiber is to be installed from the pedestal to the Are Station at Ranch Central to deliver the T-1's. Fiber burial and conduit are not quoted. The equipment and services provided in this proposal are: • Outdoor Pedestal. 3 pair fiber and connections for carrier service to the Are Station • Fiber to T-1 Mux/DeMux equipment and installation • Internet. voice and Point-to-Point installation services to the main house • VoIP PBX equipment, IP phones and installation services for Ranch Central • Technical services to cutover the new carrier services to Ranch Central and the main house • Engineering and design services required for this proposal Thank you for considering Advanced Communications for a state of the art communications solution.
