I hope you are doing well. I wanted to quickly reach out and provide an update on our end. Based on our sales to date, we are closing out our current round (at the 5MM valuation) on October 15th. In terms of our capital raise, we have raised over 75% of our goal number, and anticipate being completely funded by the time we close in mid-October.
