The damage was probably sustained when the property lost power for over a week during the winter 2010/2011 The main living room unit, which is adjacent to #3 also show signs of freeze damage, this coil has been isolated please note these coils are under pressure and if one should burst during the night, damage could be substantial can we proceed Brice Gordon 49 Zorro Ranch Rd Stanley, NM 87056 Ph: EFTA01188983
