There was deemed/ notional payment and only use tax on the deemed lease payment. Tax was at 7%. TVPEAT Inc is GP of Rance LLC and Rance address on invoice is Concord, MA. Sales/use rate in MA is 6.25%. NJ rate is 7%. Bill issued to Wells Fargo(trustee of N624N Trust. This deemed lease ceased at end of 180 1031 period. Attached is invoice/ loan amount.
