I agree that no further amounts are due to me from LSJE, LLC or its owners or affiliates, and I hereby release LSJE, LLC and its owners and affiliates from any liability, amounts due, damages, costs or expenses, in connection with my employment, the termination thereof, any services or materials provided by me to LSJE, LLC or otherwise on or with respect to Little St. James and Great St. James, and/or any and all incidents, accidents and/or occurrences that may have transpired during the course of my employment, the termination thereof and my providing such services or materials, through and including the Termination Date.
