THE 2013 BUTTERFLY TRUST DELETION AND ADDITION OF BENEFICIARIES Pursuant to Article Third, Paragraph B of that certain Trust Agreement, dated December 31, 2013 (the "Trust Agreement"), between JEFFREY E.
