I would like to make the following suggestion: We resent to the Grand Jury on Tuesday, April 1, 2008, but only on That will complete the victims I have already testified about as well as add three new victims. We scheduled to Indict the following week, April 8, 2008. I believe this is still outside the time frame of any of our victims being deposed. We will have only four new victims left to present plus the travel trips and the Grand EFTA01657830 Jury will have plentire to review all the GJ material/evidence. At this point, I think it makes the most since. I have asked to provide all the A/V equipment as well as for additional help to bring everything from Miami up to West Palm. As soon as I get your response and opinion, I am going to reschedule everything for a later date. I wish DOJ would have been more timely with their response but since that is out of our control and we can not Indict without their decision.
