I saw Susan last night, and although she was in = high degree of distress, I was impressed by her resourcefulness and intel=igence. I believe that I can help her, and that she is absolutely capable=of vastly improving her mental health. Medications are a part of this pic=ure, but in the long run, only a small part. The real change will come th=ough psychotherapy, and we set the groundwork for this last night. I spen= two hours with her last night, and we are scheduled for 60-90 minutes on =riday. At this point, I want to check in with you to learn if you are oka= with paying for therapy through me, or if she should try to seek this thr=ugh a different route. I certainly would like to work with her, but I thi=k its just a reasonable courtesy for me to ensure that I am not planning s=mething before we have discussed if you are comfortable paying for it! My=rates are pretty simple -- $1,500 for 90 minutes during intake, and $800 p=r hour thereafter. Please let me know what you think. And, as its no sur=rise that you are a fascinating guy to talk to, if you are interested in m=eting again under whatever circumstances you might prefer, please let me k=ow!
